The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated, but the service was a bit slow. I get that places get busy, but I do think it’s only fair to respect customers’ time a little more. Overall, nice attitude from the team, just wish things moved faster

The beach was literally right there. Super easy to get to. Loved that.

Well... I stayed at the fontainebleau and decided to try one of the restaurants while I was there. The food was fine, nothing amazing, but not bad either. The service was the disappointing part. It took forever just to order drinks, and once our food came, no one really checked on us again. For the prices, I expected a lot better. The place itself is really nice, but the restaurant staff made the experience feel kind of not worth it.

I mean, I wanted to like it, but the pool was way too packed. Chairs were gone early, the water didn’t feel very clean, and the staff didn’t really seem all that concerned. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I probably wouldn’t go back

The room itself was fine, but the front desk experience was the low point of my stay. I waited quite a while to get checked in, and when I asked a couple of basic questions, the person helping me seemed irritated, like I was bothering them. It made me feel dismissed right from the start, which kind of set a bad tone for the rest of the visit. I expected better from this place.

The staff pretty much ignored us the whole night, and when we did get their attention, they came off as rude. It made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and not really worth coming back for.

I paid more expecting a better view, but it was mostly just rooftops. Like, rooftops everywhere. It wasn’t terrible, but for the extra money, I definitely expected something more.

The location was kind of inconvenient for me. It felt like it took longer than expected to get there, and it was a bit out of the way compared to what I had in mind

I stayed here hoping for a relaxing night, but the noise was nonstop. There was loud music, people yelling in the halls, and doors slamming late into the night. I barely slept. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said they’d look into it, but nothing really changed and no one ever followed up with me after that. Frustrating, and I wouldn’t say it was worth it...

I’ll admit, I assumed quickly that the amenities would be better for the price. The place looks nice at first, so I figured the pool and extras would match that vibe, but the pool area was crowded, not super clean, and finding towels felt like more effort than it should’ve been.

The room setup didn’t help much either. The toiletries felt cheap, the shower pressure was weak, and the minibar was overpriced with barely anything in there I’d actually want. I probably judged it fast, but it gave off very basic hotel energy once I settled in.
For what they charge, it just felt like they were coasting on appearance. From a distance, it seems like a nice stay, but once you actually use the amenities, they’re underwhelming

The hotel looked really nice at first, so maybe I just expected too much? Our room had dusty shelves and there was hair in the bathroom, which was disappointing. For the price, I thought the cleaning would be better, but maybe I’m being picky.

The hotel itself was nice and I liked the stay overall but housekeeping was really not consistent. Some days the room was cleaned well other days we were missing towels or the trash was still sitting there. I had to call more than once to get things taken care of. For the price I just expected it to be more reliable.

The bed was way too firm for me, and the pillows were flat, flat enough that I didn’t sleep well at all. I also couldn’t get the room temperature right, it was either too cold or kinda stuffy. For what I paid, I expected a much better night’s sleep

The layout was kind of confusing, there was way too much walking, and nothing felt especially cozy or easy to settle into. It also had that overly modern vibe where everything feels designed to look good online instead of actually being comfortable. And maybe I’m just tired of places relying on automated systems for every little thing, but it made the whole experience feel even less personal. Not really my style

The whole casino just felt off to me. I’m not saying I can prove anything, but it really felt rigged, like every machine I tried was doing the same thing, slots, card games, bonus rounds, even the little side bets all seemed to go nowhere. I’d get close to a win and then nothing, over and over, like free spins with no payout, bonus rounds that paid pennies, hands that looked good and then suddenly weren’t. When I mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t really seem to care. No explanation, no real help, not even a polite “sorry you’re having a bad experience.” Just kind of shrugged it off. Between the machines, the tables, the service, and the overall vibe, I left feeling disappointed...

The lines were confusing, drinks took forever, and the music was just okay. What bothered me most was how careless everything felt, like nobody was really paying attention to how guests were being handled or directed. The staff wasn’t exactly rude, but they weren’t very helpful either. For all the hype around Fontainebleau, the entertainment side just didn’t feel worth it to me
